unitaryDESIGN bounties claimed, get ready for unitaryHACK!
Howdy π€ ! You may have heard rumours about the cash bounties posted by the PennyLane sheriffs for unitaryHACK. The sheriffs suggest that if you want a chance to claim them, you should get started with PennyLane, practice with the PennyLane codebook, and beat a few coding challenges. But should you believe the rumours?
We can't say for sure π, but a similar event did happen recently. We just participated in the first-ever unitaryDESIGN, an event run by the Unitary Foundation to welcome artistic contributions into the open source ecosystem and projects like PennyLane! As part of this event, the community could make creative designs for a chance to win cash bounties. Over the course of two weeks, we received some amazing contributions for puzzles, GIFs, and videos. Check out the designs we loved the most below. Can you guess what the puzzles are spelling out?

1. GIF β Sampling using the Haar measure vs t-designs
nirajvenkat put together an intuitive GIF of t-designs, with scientifically accurate animation and explanation adhering to PennyLane's style.
2. Video β Haar measure and spherical designs
nirajvenkat also expanded on the Haar measure concisely and clearly, with scientific accuracy in the short video below.
3. Puzzles β Two mystery puzzles
ACE07-Sev came up with an fun pair of creative puzzles with clear interpretations and excellent execution in the PennyLane style. Can you guess the quantum computing term hidden in the puzzles below?
