Hi, I'm Catalina

I'm passionate about quantum computing, innovation, and sustainability.

My curiosity and my love for learning are my superpowers. I studied Mechanical Engineering and Electronics Engineering, a Masters in Electronics Engineering, and a Diplôme d'Ingenieur in Control Systems and Industrial Informatics.

I believe education and diversity are the keys to solving the problems of today and tomorrow.

I currently work at Xanadu, where I work with researchers from around the world. You may have seen me giving a talk here and there. In the past, I worked at IBM, where I was part of the Geekllers program and became the first IBM Quantum Ambassador in Colombia 🇨🇴, where I'm originally from. Before this, I worked as a project manager for energy efficiency projects at GreenYellow Colombia.

I'm also a plant person 🪴
