I’m a PhD student in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) at University of Pavia, focusing on both classical and quantum machine learning. I am interested in both state‑of‑the‑art theoretical aspects of QML and numerical simulations of quantum computing systems and QML algorithms.

One of my latest research papers is "A General Approach to Dropout in Quantum Neural Networks" (Adv. Quantum Tech. 2300220) where me and co-authors propose a technique to induce regularization properties in overparametrized Quantum Neural Networks. Very soon a demo of Quantum Dropout will be available on Pennylane. Stay tuned!
