About

I'm an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at UBC, where I lead the Quantum Software and Algorithms Research (QSAR) Lab.

The QSAR Lab works on designing and implementing the software that enables us to write and run algorithms on quantum computers. Our areas of focus are software tools for compilation and debugging, and algorithms for physics applications.

Prior to joining UBC, I was a Quantum Computing Educator and Researcher at Xanadu, where I helped develop the Codebook and contributed to various PennyLane modules.

glassnotes joined the PennyLane Community on 2024/10/11.
